It is the insulation type possessing higher factor of reflection from own surface. Due to this property it is capable of retaining both heat and cold to the maximum extent, and effectively separating media with different temperatures.
The reflective insulation has a number of properties such as low weight and thickness, installation simplicity, durability and environmental safety. A unique material represents a combination of two, three or more layers depending on the task to be solved by the customer. It is produced both in rolls and in sheets. For the installation simplicity, especially for complex shapes, an adhesive layer may be applied on one side.

FLEXIBON FF – Alu-foil non-cross-linked polyethylene foam
The material is manufactured based on polyethylene foam laminated with foil. As opposed to the lavsan non-cross-linked PE foam, the alu-foil non-cross-linked PE foam has a higher limiting application temperature, however, the material is more durable and corrodible. It is intended for the internal and external heat- steam- and water insulation. FLEXIBON FL – Non-cross-linked PE foam with lavsan
The material is manufactured based on polyethylene foam laminated with metallized film with aluminium spray coating (polyethylene terephtalate, PET or lavsan). It is intended for the internal and external heat-, steam- and water insulation. It is applied for heat insulation of all the types of buildings and structures, floors, ceilings, walls, roofings, attics in living, administrative and production premises, heating, hot and cold water supply systems, ventilation and air conditioning systems, cooling and chilling chambers, tanks and containers, air ducts, baths and saunas and etc. Wide opportunities of usage are conditioned by the properties of polyester: frost resistance, low steam and gas impermeability, wear and fracture resistance.

FLEXIBON FLL – Non-cross-linked PE foam coated with lavsan on both sides
The material is based on polyethylene foam laminated on both sides with a high-performance metallized film with aluminium spray coating (polyethylene terephthalate, PET or lavsan). This coating is applied on both sides, it expands the range of use. This material may be applied for cooling chambers, which should not pass heat on one side and cold on the other side. It is a reflective heat insulator, which can be applied for separating partitions, if particular temperature should be maintained in different premises.
